Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Pani na Dyvani (“we”, “us”) handles information on paninadyvani.com and in our publishing workflow that connects to TikTok and other social platforms for the official podcast channels.

Website visitors

This website does not offer public user accounts, checkout, comments, or contact forms. We do not intentionally collect personal information from casual visitors. Standard hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) may be processed by our hosting provider for security and performance.

TikTok authorization (podcast administrators)

When an authorized Pani na Dyvani administrator connects our official TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit, TikTok may share information required for authentication and publishing, such as an access token, token expiry, authorized scopes, open ID, and basic account identifiers needed to post to @paninadyvani.podcast.

We use TikTok’s Content Posting API to upload and schedule short video clips that promote podcast episodes. Related metadata may include video upload status, publish identifiers, captions, and scheduling timestamps.

How we use information

We use the information above only to operate the podcast publishing workflow: authenticate our official account, upload and schedule clips, confirm publish status, and troubleshoot failed uploads. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and third parties

We share data with third parties only where needed to operate the service — primarily TikTok’s APIs when publishing content — or where required by law. OAuth tokens are stored securely on systems controlled by the podcast production team.

Data retention

Publishing logs and OAuth tokens are kept only as long as needed for the podcast workflow, troubleshooting, account security, or legal compliance, then deleted or rotated.
